Start the day in Union Cemetary at the grave of A.E. Cross, founder of the Calgary Brewing and Malting Company. Learn about the brewery's history and Cross's imprint on the brewing landscape in YYC.
Afterward, pedal down to the Barley Belt for a day of exploring, and learn the politics behind today's modern brewery revival in YYC.
